Bullying or falling out?

Are these situations bullying or falling out? 

• Every  time  Ben  sits  next  to  Samir  he  sniffs  and  Samir  has  pushed  him  off  his  chair.
• Each  playtime  Jack  sits  on  his  own.  Some  of  the  boys  call  him  over  but  he  shouts  "leave  me  alone".
• Amy  has  borrowed  Shana`s  Barbie  doll  and  she  refuses  to  give  it  back.  Amy  slaps  her  and  Shana  begins  to  cry.
• Kate  has  received  a  text  saying  "U  R  GOING  2  DY".
• At  lunchtime  Jamie  says  he  has  the  best  football  boots.  Lewis  says  his  are  better.  They  argue  and  Jamie  pushes  Lewis.  The  other  boys  say  Jamie  can`t  play  with  them.
• Sophie  and  Ellie  have  fallen  out.They  play  with  different  friends.  Ellie  writes  a  note  to  Sophie  saying  she  is  horrible. 
• Alfie  uses  his  mobile  phone  to  photograph  Zak  mooning.  They  both  laugh  at  the  picture.  Later   Alfie  sends  the  pic  to  lots  of  his  friends.  Next  day  they  laugh  at  Zak  and  he  gets  upset
• During  a  game  Mark  would  not  wait  his  turn.  His  friends  got  mad  and  now  no  one  will  play  with  him.
• Vic  asks  to  borrow  Winston`s  new  crayons.  Winston  refuses  and  Vic  calls  him  "Gayboy".
• Becky  has  nits  and  no  one  will  play  with  her.
• Maria  is  new  in  school.   Anna  is  having  a  party  and  she  has  already  invited  every  girl  to  her  party.  Maria  asks  Anna  if  she  could  be  invited  but  Anna  says  it  is  not  possible  as  they  have  booked  seats  at  a  theatre.
• Tom  copies  off  Laura  in  maths.  She  tells  him  to  stop  or  she  will  tell  the  teacher.He  calls  her  "Grasser"  but  she  has  not  told  on  him.
